This notice covers the DIDIROOM introduction and early-access website, operated by DIDIBYTE (SMC-Private) Limited, K-127, St.43, Shaheen Town, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Your enquiry

The form prepares a message using the details you enter: your name, contact number, city and, where relevant, hostel name, role, student count . This page does not save these form details to a DIDIROOM database or browser storage. To deliver them, you must send the prepared message through WhatsApp or your email application.

How we use information you send

When you contact us, we receive the details in your message. We use them to respond, discuss your hostel management requirements and follow up about DIDIROOM early access. Please do not send identity documents, payment credentials or sensitive student records through this enquiry form.

Other services

WhatsApp, your email provider and linked social platforms process information under their own policies. Hosting services may process technical request information needed to serve and secure this website. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information such as your IP address. No advertising analytics or tracking scripts have been added to this website.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@didiroom.com. We retain correspondence as needed for the enquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can choose not to send a prepared message.

Future application

The DIDIROOM application is in development. Its student records, account features and operational data will be covered by separate product notices and terms when available.
